Korinne Fontaine

Korinne serves as a Project Executive at S+H Construction, where she leverages a unique blend of strategic business acumen and a deep passion for design integrity. With over 13 years of executive leadership and a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex, high-end residential projects, Korinne brings unmatched confidence and dependability to the build process. Her approach is defined by keen organization, clear communication, and commitment to client empowerment. Recognizing the deeply personal nature of residential projects, she prioritizes safeguarding the client's vision and ensuring they feel in control through prompt decision-making and comprehensive project transparency. Korinne values collaboration, actively fostering strong relationships with project partners and subcontractors through open dialogue and a shared dedication to achieving outstanding client satisfaction. Her commitment to continuous learning and industry leadership is evident in her robust academic background; including an MBA and degrees in Finance and Architectural Engineering; and her active role as President of the NAWIC Greater Worcester chapter. Away from the job site, Korinne maintains her focus and discipline through outdoor activities, including running half marathons and participating in charity road cycling rides, hiking, and spending quality time with her young adult children.

Skye is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience across diverse sectors. Since 2015, Skye has been with Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects (GRLA) serving as the Director of Finance. In 2020 she was promoted to Associate and serves as part of the Leadership Team. She manages key financial functions such as payroll, receivables, payables, and job cost accounting. Her passion lies in collaborating with teams and ensure projects stay on budget and on track.

After graduating from Syracuse University with her degree in Mechanical Engineering, Allie joined Consigli Construction as a Project Engineer, where she has been since 2021. Allie is passionate about the K-12 building industry and dedicated to creating safe and inspiring educational environments. Throughout her career, she has focused on integrating innovative solutions and sustainable practices into construction projects. Her role involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality

She founded and helps operate CARLCO Construction Inc. out of Fitchburg with her husband Peter for the past 22 years. CARLCO is a turn-key sitework contractor specializing in commercial / industrial projects. They believe that honesty, integrity and hard work are the keys to a successful business. She lives in Westminster with her husband Peter. They have two grown children, Taryn and Craig and three grandchildren who are the sunshine in every day.

Leading the industry as a recognized entrepreneur, Susan-Ellen Stoddard has maintained her full-service interior design firm in Hopkinton, Massachusetts since 1998, providing her expertise to both residential and commercial clients throughout New England, New York, Florida, and Chicago. In her capacity as the senior designer of her firm. She strives to create unique and functional spaces that reflect the needs of her clients, breathing new life into existing projects or designing new. After earning her undergraduate degree from New York School of Interior Design, Ms. Stoddard attained a Master of Arts in interior design from Chelsea University London, England. She also completed postgraduate coursework at Harvard Graduate School of Design and the University of Oxford in England.
A dedicated community advocate, Sue Ellen has been active on the Design Review Board of Hopkinton. She has also served as NAWIC Education Foundation's national president from 2017 to 2018. In her effort to promote women in the construction field, she served as the National Association of Women in Construction's Region 14 director from 2010-2012.
Apart from her full-time interior design business, she has worked in academia for the past four decades. She has served as an adjunct professor at Becker College and taught at Rhode Island School of Design. Sue Ellen attributes her success in the industry to the loyalty of her longtime clients as well as challenging work she contributed to forge the foundation upon which her company currently stands.
